Berlin City Toyota – Wholesale to the Public "AS-IS" Vehicle Disclosure Berlin City Toyota is pleased to offer customers the opportunity to purchase select wholesale trade-in vehicles prior to their sale at auction. A wholesale dealer license is not required to participate in this program. Please note that these vehicles are wholesale units and are not intended for retail sale. Each vehicle has undergone a Maine State "pass/fail" safety inspection. A list of any item(s) causing the vehicle to fail this inspection — thereby rendering it "unsafe for the road" — will be provided at the time of purchase. All vehicles sold under this program are sold strictly AS-IS, with no warranties, express or implied. All sales are final. The vehicle inspection sticker will be removed. Dealer financing options are not available, and no temporary registrations will be issued for AS-IS vehicles. Each AS-IS vehicle must be towed from the premises, as included in the purchase price (within 30 miles of the dealership), to the buyer's desired destination. Berlin City Toyota assumes no responsibility for the vehicle's mechanical or physical condition once it has left dealership property. A dealer documentation fee, title fee, and applicable sales tax will be collected at the time of sale.
