There is no site preparation necessary if the location is no more than 3 feet out of level in any direction. Our free delivery and set up must be within 30 miles of the sales lot, over 30 miles additional charges apply, and includes leveling up to 3 feet with customer provided cement blocks and driver supplied pressure treated shims.
